Terms and Conditions for Smirnoff & Time Out competition

Win one of 50 bottles of 70cl Blueberry Smirnoff

1. The prize draw is open to all residents in Great Britain aged 18 and over (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).  

2. All entries must be submitted by midday on 15/12/2010. Only one entry per person. The prize will be delivered to the winner on confirmation of the winner’s date of birth (see point 3) via a signed for courier service within 28 days. The winner or a recipient on behalf of the winner for the delivery of the prize must be aged 18 or over and proof of ID maybe required.

3. The winners (50) will be drawn at random using an electronic system on 16/12/10 from all valid entries and notified by phone or email by 23/12/10. The winners must confirm their date of birth and acceptance of the prize within 7 days, otherwise the prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

4. The winners’ names can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to SMIRNOFF Diageo Lakeside Drive London NW10 7HQ after 16/12/10. No other correspondence shall be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so, save that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

7. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.

8. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
