  • Really disapointed by this. We hired two ice guides and one was OK and the other was frankly shocking ! The ice was extremely wet and there was no equipment to get rid of the water. The manager was hopeless, there were not enough staff. Give me Sommerset House any day.

  • I went skating at the Tower of London on the 29th but the rink was literally an inch deep in water. I have been skating many different times at different rinks across London and appreciate that there is bound to be a little surface water and that often a spare set of clothes are needed - however, this time the amount of water was excessive. I saw families with small kids absolutely soaked through, no changing rooms, etc... I really wouldn't recommend the experience...
