Really pretentious studio, the staff on the front desk are unhelpful/ not friendly and can not answer questions about yoga or even about what classes are coming up. The teachers are patronising, it is basically just Bikram with a few more postures added. There are no vinyasa flows, it is still a really regimented sequence with no thought or flow for moving in-between. For anyone who wants to better their practise this is not the hot yoga studio for you, it is just a rebranded Bikram with a bad attitude. • • •

Michele Pernetta was the first teacher to bring Bikram 'hot' yoga to the UK. She now has four schools across London, the most recent of which opened in Primrose Hill in 2011. All teachers have trained under the technique's founder, Bikram Choudhury, at his LA school.
