This was the UK's first regular time trial, where you can measure your improvement in performance. It's a fun event for all standards, with around 200 runners taking part each week. It has now been joined by similar Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park 5k Time Trials, details of which are accessible from the website. For all runs, registration by 12 noon on Friday is essential.
