This is an intriguing clash for Quins, against east Yorkshire opponents who have struggled with a terrible injury list but look to be turning the corner as the regular season nears the halfway mark. Coach Peter Sharp has come under pressure from disgruntled fans and is unlikely to relish a visit to the Stoop, which has not been a happy hunting ground in recent seasons. Kiwi full-back Motu Tony is out with knee ligament damage while GB prop Garreth Carvell is unlikely to complete his recuperation from a similar problem in time. However, former Australian Test winger Matt Sing has recovered from a broken hand and GB pairing Gareth Raynor and Kirk Yeaman provide real strike power in the backs. Quins coach Brian McDermott is no stranger to prolonged absences either, with props Daniel Heckenberg and Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook plus full-back Mark McLinden out long-term, but will still be looking to complete a double against the black and whites following February's convincing away win.
