    REMEMBERING 1966
Running until July 15 (open daily, 12 noon-9pm) is ‘World Cup ’66 Unseen’, an exhibition sourced from the archives of L’Equipe and the German agency, Witters. Incredibly, L’Equipe failed to get press passes for the final so shot the game from the stands.

    onelove
Levon Bliss’s clever and evocative pictures taken in 26 countries show why football genuinely is the global game. The Ultralounge is host to Umbro Football Fever throughout the tournament, with high-definition LCD screens showing the action from Germany plus classic feature films and documentaries. You can celebrate or drown your sorrows at the Smirnoff Black Bar.
    Ultralounge, Ground Floor, Selfridges, 400 Oxford St, W1A 1AB (08708 377 377). Feature continues

I'm going to watch the match with a lot of Italian friends at International Students House on Great Portland St. They've got a big screen and a great atmosphere. Drinks are cheap too which is a bonus!

My family will be over from Italy for the final tomorrow. Does anyone know where I could take my parents in London to watch the match that will have a strong italian atmosphere, but not be too crazy? I'm concerned for my mother who may not enjoy having to stand for the duration, and won't like having beer spilled on her. A tall order, I know.
