The Great Gatsby

After modest success at the King's Head Theatre last year, Ruby in the Dust's musical adaptation of F Scott Fitzgerald's great novella is back for 2013 in reworked, recast form. New songs are promised, as well as the input of Lee Proud, one of the fringe's finest choreographers.

I just saw it yesterday Monday 21st May 2013 at Riverside Studios, Hammersmith. It is a totally new play with stunning acting, sensual choreography, quality music orchestration and a young, beautiful new cast that I am sure are to become stars. This show should go to West-End.

I truly enjoyed it. Great cast, amazing Daisy (loved her emotional voice). It is an intimate show in this charming tiny theatre at the back of a pub. It is a show like no other one between a play, a musical and jazzy band. Highly recommended.

Ed B

Sensational cast, fast-paced choreography, outstanding music and lyrics, and Linnie Reedman's visionary direction. Superb to the very last minute.
