[title]
A modern take on the Pied Piper - that dude who got rid of all of those rats then all the children - by Juan Mayorga, translated by David Johnson. The piece looks at power, manipulation and exploitation in the story of the detective who must work out whether the powerful man accused of an indecent relationship with a young boy from a disadvantaged background is guilty. All is not as it seems as the detective also tries to rid a city of its rats.
