Saucy cabaret singer and star Camille O'Sullivan's RSC version of Shakespeare's epic poem 'The Rape of Lucrece' arrives at the Southbank as part of the Festival of Love this summer. The violent, sexually provocative thriller tells of the chaste wife of a Roman office who is raped by the king's son Tarquin. O'Sullivan takes on the roles of both Lucrece and Tarquin as she narrates the tale via spoken word and song. Original music has been written by O'Sullivan's long-time collaborator Feargal Murray.
