  • I went to see Billy the Kid with a friend and 3 children aged 9 plus an 8year old. Us adults thought it was really good. My 8 year old son didn't understand what was going on throughout the performance, the 9 year old girl didn't enjoy it but the 2 other boys aged 9 thought it was okay. I think the only problem with this particular show is that there are only 2 actors and as one of them changes character frequently it got very confusing for the kids. This has not, however, put us off visiting the Unicorn Theatre for a different show.

  • Children love being taken to the 'Unicorn Theatre" where they can experience all year round high quality drama specifically created for them in two purpose built theatres by the very talented "Unicorn Ensemble". The late founder of this organisation Caryl Jenner believed in no compromise when it came to theatre for young people and this is still the case at the Unicorn under the inspired leadership of Tony Graham.
