The building consists of two independent houses with their own entrances, placed on top of each other. Architects Studio Bednarski drew on the composition of the adjacent Victorian houses to create its contemporary design.
For Open House London 2014, the building will be open on Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21 with sessions from 10am-noon and 3pm-5pm each day. Six visitors at a time will be given a tour of the property. Visitors will be asked to remove their shoes and may have to queue outside.
