An evening of discussion on how our need to eat influences building design, and how we use historical buildings now that our priorities have adjusted. The evening will be chaired by the CEO of the World Monuments Fund Britain, Jonathan Foyle, and the panel consists of Lloyd Grossman, food historian at Hampton Court Marc Meltonville and Julie Humphryes, director of the architecture firm that designed the Chiltern Firehouse, among other restaurants. Richard Burr, finalist from this year's 'Great British Bake Off' (and builder) will also join the conversation. Tickets include a drinks reception. Booking recommended.
