Time Out says

As part of International Women's Day 2016, CARE International have organised another walk with Helen Pankhurst, the granddaughter of Sylvia Pankhurst and great-great-granddaughter of suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst. This year's walk and rally will begin at 10am at The Scoop with many well known campaigners and celebrities taking part including Annie Lennox, Bianca Jagger, Bridget Christie and a number of the actors from 'Suffragette'. The idea is to honour all the women around the world who are obliged to walk many miles every day simply to provide their families with the barest necessities, such as clean water and firewood, and to raise awareness of the shocking statistic that 70 percent of the world's poorest billion people are female.
