Stephen Glenister, head chocolatier at Marc Ltd and Rosalind Rathouse from the Cookery School host this decadent, day-long chocolate making course where participants will learn everything from tempering chocolate to perfection through to creating truffles, rochers and dainty chocolate discs. Guests will also learn how to mould Easter eggs, pipe and fill, and add serious panache to their ganache. A Cookery School breakfast will kick off the day followed by a chocolate tasting session and lunch will also be provided. Attendees will be able to take a box or two of their creations home plus heaps of tips for whipping up indulgent treats in their own kitchens. Tickets cost £250 and should be booked in advance.
