Marvel at levitating canapés and jelly grenades at this avant-garde food exhibition curated by the Experimental Food Society. Exhibitors include Andrew Stellitano, who is teaming up with augmented reality experts Holition to create the Nirvana that is a never-ending cake, and Bompas & Parr who, in collaboration with The Curious Confectioner, promise cake explosions.
This two-day exhibition has been cancelled but an associated British icon-themed banquet (Intercontinental London Park Lane, Nov 19 7-11pm; £90) and a talk (V&A, Nov 23 6.30-9pm; free but tickets required) will both go ahead as planned
