Chef, Tom Hunt hosts this Christmas banquet with Borough Market to highlight the amount of food we waste during the festive season. The culinary craftsman will present a four course 'Feast of the Seven Fishes', based on the Italian tradition, using ingredients that wouldn't normally be seen as desirable, but still taste absolutely delicious. Weird looking vegetables, blemished fruit, foraged produce from market traders and sustainably caught fish will all be used for the banquet, normally served on Christmas Eve in Italian towns. A vegetarian menu is available alongside fish dishes, and 50% of the profits will go to FareShare, a food waste charity. Book tickets in advance here.
