Great Victoria Bake-off

Thanks to our national fondness for Mel, Sue and Mary Berry's bomber jackets there is now no shortage of chances to prove your baking prowess in London. But that means more cake, so we're all for it. Local workers and residents with oven-related skills should bring their signature bake (and a £5 donation for MENCAP) to Cardinal Place market before 11.30am on July 2. Once judging is complete the entries will be available to sample, and the winner of each category will receive a pair of tickets to see 'Billy Elliot: The Musical'.
