This year, Harrow’s illuminations will be set to tunes from the movies. There’ll also be a section dedicated to the borough’s Indian community celebrating Diwali. During the day, expect Bollywood dancers, Indian food, a funfair, Diwali art, Mehndi and henna hand art stands. The fireworks will begin at 7:45pm.
