Time Out says

Art is great and everything, but few would argue that there's just not enough ice cream involved. That's all set to change with the return of the Hunt & Darton Cafe, an exciting project from artists Jenny Hunt and Holly Darton (who share a love for colourful pineapple costumes, including wearing the top of the fruit atop their heads) that combines a working cafe and an art installation.

The pair are collaborating with the National Trust for an appearance at Carlo Gatti's Ice House (London's oldest ice cream factory) in The Canal Museum, King's Cross, which features interactive performance, art and – yep – ice cream (including some unexpected flavours), amongst other tasty food and drink offerings. As a twist, guest waiters, including artists Brian Lobel and Richard Layzell, will be serving the grub.
