Part athletics meet, part beer festival, the beer mile is a four-lap, four-beer race that you can run or spectate. Invented Stateside, its inaugural UK event will also be an excuse for a big festival - including 100 international-level Beer Mile athletes - climaxing in the Championship Race. It's free to attend for spectators and competitors in the long run, and entry into other races start from £3 per person.
