The sleekly modern Silver Sturgeon is hosting a New Year's Eve party on the Thames, cruising beneath the fireworks while you tuck into a candlelit four-course gourmet dinner. Toast the New Year with champagne on the open top deck as Big Ben strikes, then head down to the DJs and the dancefloor. The grub, from Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts, comes with matching wines, but there's also unlimited beer, house wine and soft drinks through the night.
