Time Out says

The only colour that doesn't naturally occur in food is blue, so why are blue Smarties our favourite? This conundrum is unlikely to be resolved during the Art of Dining's series of pop-up dinners, 'The Colour Palate', but they will explore how often we truly focus on colours and to what extent they influence our emotions. Chef Ellen Parr (who trained at Moro) and set designer Alice Hodge will present guests with five courses that will stimulate all five of your senses through their use of colour. The accompanying music, provided by Radio 1's Gemma Cairney, will change mood according to the course and its ingredients. Your ticket includes a welcome drink as well as the five courses, but sadly no blue Smarties. Book in advance.
