Time Out says

To promote its new flavour of fizz Pepsi Max has teamed up with Young British Foodie award-winners The Robin Collective. Visitors to the inconspicuous looking soda shop will crawl through a secret entrance to discover wonka-style cola rain, molecular mocktails and edible trees. The space will also be holding a series of free 45-minute workshops, including a flavour of science workshop and a lesson on edible beauty treatments. No booking is required but places can be reserved online to avoid missing out.
