The Zemel Choir are one of the finest mixed vocal ensembles in the UK, and they're performing Jewish gospel, traditional folk songs, Ladino and Yiddish music here to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's and dementia. Specifically to keep open the Alzheimer's SocietyDementia Cafés in the borough of Barnet, which run monthly and provide sufferers of dementia and their carers with a relaxed environment in which to socialise, exercise, enjoy organised talks and other stimulating activities. As well as the concert, ticket holders will be treated to Kosher food, a raffle and auction, and magic show from the Magic Circle's Michael Carr.
