    Vladimir Polunin
Vladimir Polunin is one of the world’s most fascinating clowns, famous for his Snow show, which is popular among kids and adults alike. Recently he assembled The Fools’ Congress in Moscow.

Are you going to hold the Fools’ Congress in Moscow on a regular basis?

Moscow is currently a world leader in foolery. In a good sense, that is. Members of our troupe are mostly Muscovites, so we’ll probably stay here for a while.

What does The Fools’ School teach?

It’s a teaching ground for prominent leaders of our movement, such as Jango Edwards and Leo Bassi, known to the Russian public since their 2001 tour. They hold masterclasses on clownery in its modern, ideological sense. In our deadly serious world it’s extremely important to know how to be a clown.

What would you wish for Time Out?
    To hire more fools.
