Prowler Soho

Prowler is something of an institution in Soho. The gay shop stocks the usual array of books, mags, designer underwear and gifts (not all of the kitsch variety, though it is the emphasis), but has somehow taken on a more prominent status than the rest of the area's stores. If you're after porn, lube, sex toys and the like, head to the back of the shop to an area known as the Blue Room. If you're stuck for a club night, Prowler is a good stop for flyers and the store sells some advance tickets. There's also a smaller outlet in Camden.
