There's a range of dance classes available at this small but lovingly formed centre, from the long-established tango and salsa classes to more recent additions such as zumba, ballet and pole dancing (with classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced). A newly refitted gym boasts Kinesis stations and Technogym cardio equipment, while The Factory also offers boxing circuits and a full personal training programme.

How great to have a gym like the Factory on my doorstep.You know in your 40s the body expands in many ways you have never known before!
The Factory is a small gym which means you get to know everyone.They are a wonderful group of people from receptions to management
The trainers are amazing ,encouraging you all the way.
Just wanted to say thank you guys you have changed my life. Emilia.

A refreshing change from the usual LA Fitness/Virgin type chains. Friendly staff and relaxed environment. Loved "Contemporary Rock"! Great class!

Having been a member of The Factory gym for the past two and a half years, I can honestly say this is the most amazing gym. Not only the all new gym equipment, the many and various classes, the fantastic personal trainers available etc; but the whole staff are just so friendly, caring and supportive.
When i joined this gym I was really frightened, having 14 stone to lose (my goal, not theirs), but the encouragement,support and help I have received from everyone there, including other gym members has enabled me to lose 7 stone, and although I have a long way to go, I know that The Factory gym will be supporting me and all it's members 100%. Many thanks to ALL the amazing staff, Alex (the best manager ever), Lee (whom I have never seen without a smile) Tina, Sabina, Sally, Reka (my fabulous heroes), Alex, Arvin, James, Emily and everyone else, too numerous to mention.

If you are looking for a gym with customer service, do not join The Factory as there is none. What you will get for your monthly fee is a manager (Alex) that will ignore you and staff that will shout at you.

I am also extremelly dissapointed of their customer service and do not recommend it!!

After a trial I've been told the monthly fee was £30. I asked if there was any special offer but the chap claimed it was the cheapest price he could do. One week after joining the club I saw a big banner outside advertising the £28.50 monthly fee. I was speachless, it was only £1.50 a month less than what I signed for, but it showed me that they did not have any consideration for me.
