One of the Royal Opera House's intimate venues, the Linbury Studio Theatre offers a space for experimental and independent dance and music companies. With a seating capacity of just over 400, the studio is well suited to its programme of educational projects, lunchtime concerts and more risqué works. Don't expect everything here to be by unknowns, however. With Michael Berkeley and Ian McEwan premiering their operetta here in 2008, it's worth checking the listings for big names.
