Nice to go bowling in a trendy venue without spending loads of money. Vibrant venue in central london

Best bowling alley for people who don't look like they bowl every week! Agree they could do with more loos but otherwise cool. Love the Shake Rattle and Bowl DJs.
I must agree with the poster below regarding prices. Unless you are from the burbs drinks here are very reasonable for a venue of its type in London.
Will be a London nightlife institution if it is not already.

It's looking nice from the street -cinema ,nice bouncer great us in Spanish ,a lot of people in line -you can think is something special .
But when you are downstairs all is different .Glases ,bottles on the floor (even brooken !!!) ,wet floor ,crowd ,unfriendly staf,very dirty toilets (women stay in line even 30 min.!!!!),bad music -one word :mess everywhere .
I agree with Jess and Kuika :never ,never again .

The lanes rocks. Where else can you watch bands, bowl and chill out. We go down on Monday nights which is open late so not sure about the above poster. Wasn't the 4/9 a train strike in London? This might make some sence as

Beware this place. The website claims they are open till 2am. On a weekday, they are open till midnight. We booked this place for a civilsed stag night -- we planned bowling from 11 and karaoke from minight. They shut everything down at midnight Staff couldn't care less. Really watch out before going to this place for an important night -- you can't rely on them. Really disappointing. Never again.

We take any constructive criticisms, but I really doubt you have been to King Pin at all. Two thing we are not is overpriced and heavy handed.

This place has the most heavy handed security staff and the added bonus of really unhelpful bar staff. It's over priced and only excepts cash! Really, you're better off going somewhere else.

The bloomsbury lanes on a friday night is one of the best nights in London. Great crowd and a safe location thatis not surrounded by loads of bars.
