Susan Brink of Venokado wine shop has developed a rotating and seasonal wine list that focuses on family-owned vineyards. Bouissiere, "Les Amis" ($13), a Grenache/Syrah/Merlot blend from Gigondas, France that’s a personal favorite of the owners.
