Coupledom? Overrated. This Valentine's Day, we profess our love for all the things that come just a little bit easier to lone wolves in LA. Being single in this city isn't always easy, but here are 13 silver linings that should never be taken for granted.

1. You can zigzag through traffic on a motorcycle.

2. The single rider line at Disneyland is your best friend.

3. Finding street parking for one car is hard enough. Two? Forget it.

4. You can load up your cup at Yogurtland without being judged... at least by anyone you know.

5. When it's the middle of summer (or 90 degrees in February) there's not a sweaty significant other in bed with you making it even harder to sleep.

6. You only have one commute to consider when deciding where to live.

7. You don't have to feel bad about checking out the hot bods on your Runyon hike, during yoga class or in the juice bar line.

8. Less groceries mean you can hop in the "12 items or less" line at Trader Joe's.

9. You can freely pick your nose in traffic on the 10... or so we've heard.

10. No need to share those Animal Style fries—you know you always want your own.

11. You can ride your bike in peace without looking back to make sure your significant other hasn't been doored.

12. You can see whatever bands you want at Coachella, FYF, etc.—no compromising with partners with questionable taste in music.

13. You don't have to worry about anyone else's allergies or dietary restrictions when eating out. Gluten, here you come.
