Single readers, you're in luck. Each week, Time Out will feature one of our very own smart, sexy, eligible buddies for your potential dating pleasure. No crazies, no creeps, no pressure. Enjoy!

Do you have a single friend who's a total catch? Nominate them below.

Trishna was recommended by her friend Kate: "I have this friend, Trishna. She's down for whatever, whenever and has a warm and open energy. This girl can be friends with everyone, because she’s kind, inquisitive and well-rounded. People of all ages and cultures seem to gravitate towards her. She's an athlete too—a former UCLA gymnast and NCAA champion, to be exact. And she's hilarious. Not in that joke–telling, forced way, just in the way she sees and goes through life. If you can't hang with smart conversation and a pace to match, don't bother wasting your time, she'll just end up breaking your heart. Bonus: The girl loves college football and making nachos."

Here's Trishna, in her own words:

What's the best thing about dating in LA? I usually recommend somewhere I haven't tried, so at the very least I've discovered a new place. Unless you've been catfished (or if the guy spends two hours talking about his dogs, which has happened to me), no date in LA is a total bust. There are so many interesting people here, all with great stories and backgrounds.

What's the most interesting date you've been on so far in LA? I love photography and a good cheese spread. So my date planned an evening of shooting the sunset and views at the Griffith Observatory followed by dinner at Vinoteca Farfalla, a charming neighborhood wine/cheese bar. He used his birthday money to treat me and it was extremely thoughtful. (Insert "awwww" here.)

What are three must-have items you'd stash in your earthquake kit (aside from the necessities)?  My iPhone, Tapatio and notepad and pen.

FYF, Burning Man or the LA Phil? I'm going with a weekend with friends at FYF followed by date night at the LA Phil. I have a very eclectic taste in music.

What fictional LA character would you most like to spend the day with? Vince Vaughn as Trent in Swingers.

What's your ideal first date spot and why? I want to say a concert at the Greek or a movie night at Cinespia. But my years of dating have proven that those types of dates should be saved for once you know there's actually chemistry. (Ain't nobody got time for that!) First date rule: Coffee or tacos.
