The New Yorker staff writer and local poet Dana Goodyear sticks close to home for her second published collection, The Oracle of Hollywood Boulevard: Poems. She'll be reading from her candid and raw lyrics, which took inspiration from "the scenery of Los Angeles...the teenagers, vagrants, pornographers" and the force of nature on a person's life. Her candid, raw style should ring true to anyone who's walked the streets of Tinseltown.
