Blu Monkey Lounge review Rate it

Simian kitsch meets Moroccan culture across a solid walnut bar at this unexpected spot. The Blu Monkey mercifully skips the elitist attitude common to so many Hollywood bars, but the drinks are undeniably upmarket. Couches frame the consistently full dancefloor: once the DJ gets going, trying to hold a conversation is an exercise in futility.
