Time Out says
Moby's coming to Palm Springs and it's not for Coachella. The musician is just one of several interesting and unique events that are part of the 11-day Palm Springs Modernism Week. The show offers a variety of architecture tours, including a walking tour of celebrity homes; a tour of Sunnylands, the former Annenberg private estate; and a walk-through of the Marrakesh Country Club Designer Showcase. Additional events include a tour of Frank Sinatra's Twin Palms estate, a pre-fab showcase, a vintage car show, a lecture by Moby about modernism, and talks on Frank Lloyd Wright, Tony Duquette and A. Quincy Jones. A full-list of events is available here. Consider it the architectural equivalent of the area's musical festival–only with better bathrooms.
