Time Out says

If you haven't had your fill of Latin American cuisine lately, you're invited to join more than 10,000 Ecuadorians in celebrating their country's culture with food, performances, crafts and a parade. Head on over to Olvera St—across the street from Union Station—and participate in Ecuadorian crafts, learn about folklore customs, play carnival games, admire convertibles and motorcycles and, of course, enjoy dishes and fresh fruits from various parts of Ecuador. With traditional meals from Hornado (potatoes with roasted pig from the mountainous regions) to seco de chivo (goat stew from the coast), your Ecuadorian curiosities are sure to be satisfied. Make sure to catch the parade, which starts at 11am at Broadway and 7th and ends at Olvera St.
