FIG & Olive's chef Pascal Lorange is sharing his culinary talents with curious Angelenos who want to learn some of his signature dishes. On October 10, an intimate, two-hour cooking class will feature a three-course meal: Pumpkin sage ravioli, crab & heirloom tomato salad, and creme brulée cheesecake. Following the class, guests will toast to their hard work with a Piscine cocktail while enjoying their gourmet dishes. Reservations can be made via email at cookingclass@figandolive.com
