Food Cluster Truck

In car-addicted Los Angeles, we even prefer our grub on wheels. To our taste bud's rapture, Angel City Brewery pays homage to LA's food truck community through this monthly challenge, where five hand-picked trucks are invited to compete, each creating a one-of-a-kind dish based on a specific theme or ingredient. We the people will vote on which of the five locamotive concessions crafted the winning dish, earning that chef the title of Food Cluster Truck Champion. The next few month's themes go as follows: habanero (August), Oktoberfest (September), pumpkin (October), holiday (November) and peppermint (December). Participating trucks will be announced each month, so check Angel City's site for details.
