The bunch that brought you last year's Fried Chicken Festival delivers a brand new event that the carnivores among you will find equally tantalizing. Held at 943 N Broadway in Chinatown, Food GPS will host its inaugural Rib Festival—a chef-driven, all-inclusive hootenany, dedicated solely to the beloved grub and all its meaty finger-licking goodness. Tuck into unlimited ribs in every form (you can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sauté it, there's rib-kabobs, rib creole, rib gumbo... no wait, that's not the line). Any way you slice it, the event boasts an impressive roster of participating chefs, including Matt Poley (Heirloom LA), Chris Oh (Butchers & Barbers) and Eduardo Ruiz (Corazon Y Miel + Picnik), among others. At $60 a ticket ($70 at the door), the feast also offers sides, desserts, craft beer and cocktails. 21 and over only.
