Professor Chelsea Martinez—think Bill Nye the Science Guy meets Alton Brown—demonstrates chromatography (the separation of mixtures) applied to a variety of foods from healthy to junk. Bring your own colorful food and investigate their color pigments, while getting schooled on food's properties and molecular behavior.
