Silver Lake's iconic El Cid—which opened in 1963 as a replica of an authentic 16th century Spanish tavern—is celebrating a spirited Mother's Day with two special brunch and dinner flamenco shows. Brunch includes a choice of five entrees and an option of bottomless Mimosas; dinner includes a choice of entree, a cup of the spot's heirloom tomato gazpacho, a salad, bittersweet treats and Spanish flan.
