Taco Night at Salt's Cure serves as a remedy for Cinco de Mayo withdrawls by bringing a four-course, Mexican-inspired dinner with wine pairings from Scribe Winery. Wine and dine with swine-tastic dishes such as pork terrine and pork shank matched with Sonoma selections such as 2012 Riseling and "Skin Fermented" Chardonnay. Scribe Winery is spilling the beans early by letting diners try their 2012 Pinot Noir, which does not release until June this year.
