Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel review Rate it
This is pretty much a quintessential corporate-Californian property: light and airy, warm and beachy, casual but elegant in an almost entirely nondescript way. Although the pool area is pretty nice, the most eye-catching part of the property is the four-storey glass atrium. Except, that is, for the inevitable ocean views: the location is its main selling point. The spa contains four treatment rooms and runs Pilates classes; there's food at Ocean & Vine and drinks in the smartish Papillon lounge.
