The Four Seasons pampers its guests something silly. From the fragrant, flower-filled lobby to the immaculate rooms, every detail is calculated to spoil visitors. Free cellphones and limos to Rodeo Drive are standard; on the rooftop terrace, cabanas come with TVs, phones and fully stocked refrigerators. Downstairs, the high-tech rooms feature balconies, marble-topped desks and Frette linens.
If the hotel's fully booked, don't worry: similar luxury should be available at the unrelated Montage (225 N Canon Drive, 1-310 860 7800, www.montagebeverlyhills.com), due to open in late 2008.
