The simplicity of the Élan's unabashedly modernist architecture, especially its concrete and plate glass façade, continues inside the 50-room property: the lobby area is crisp and welcoming, and a 2008 renovation updated the formerly slightly drab rooms with a slightly sharper look. Unusually, there's no pool, restaurant or bar, but the reasonable rates do include continental breakfast.
