Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa review Rate it
This Disney hotel aims to blur the lines between luxury and fantasy: the 745-room property is effectiv-ely an extension to Disney's California Adventure, so much so that guests even have their own entrance to the park. Grown-ups may take to the Mandara Spa, a suitably peaceful escape from the theme-park chaos mere yards away; kids, on the other hand, will probably prefer the slides in the Redwood Pool or the activities in Pinocchio's Workshop. A getaway for children and their parents, albeit a pricey one.
