Formed in Boston, the young indie-folk group David Wax Museum is based around the singer and guitarist David Wax as well as Suz Slezak—who plays fiddle and (gross!) a donkey jawbone. Both have voices that sound like they could devour small children, transmitting songs steeped in old American folk and rural Mexican sounds.
