Desaparecidos

Conor Oberst (aka Bright Eyes) finally accepts his fate: fronting a full-on, balls to the wall emo band. Oberst's vocals sit well over a wall of distorted guitars, having returned with the band in 2013 after a ten year hiatus. In the interim My Chemical Romance may have stolen some of their thunder (and sound) but they're sure to be on rocking form. This show at the Roxy is sold out already, but hunt hard enough and the Internet will probably help you get around that.
