Leighton Meester

The latest instance of actresses who you didn't know also sing: former Gossip Girl star and Mrs. Adam Brody, Leighton Meester. The starlet has been making music for years (witness: "Somebody to Love," featuring Robin Thicke, and Meester's accompaniment on Cobra Starship's "Good Girls Go Bad"), but finally released her first studio album, Heartstrings, this past October. Here, she play her poppy brand of folk at four residency shows at the Hotel Cafe, on the heels of a sold-out show at the Troubadour.
