Madcap guitarist-conceptualist (formerly of Faith No More and Mr. Bungle) Trey Spruance leads this genre-munching collective. The art rock band performs proggy fantasias that draw on Bollywood-esque melodies, Persian death metal and surf rock. The veteran band—it's been around since '95—will play its musical "ancient truth against modern superstition" at the Observatory's Constellation Room to promote its new album, Book of Souls, Folio A.
